The Rush Comprehensive Plan will guide town decisions regarding future public and private investment in our community. Policies for infrastructure, recreation, and community services will inform how the Town Board allocates resources for capital investment consistent with the Town’s overall vision for its future. Land use policies and recommendations will lead to revisions to the Town’s zoning map and regulations as well as steps to keep the Town’s highest quality farmland in agricultural use.

By engaging residents, businesses, landowners, and government and organizational partners, the planning process helps to bring people together and build support for the Town’s highest priority policies and projects.
